Houses located at the banks of streams flowing across the city are most often affected by floods which constitute environmental hazards with social consequences on the population. City dwellers residing nearer the overflowing streams are exposed to malaria causing mosquitoes as well as dangerous reptiles, such as snakes, that abound the vicinity. And this was the raison d&#8217;\u00eatre of the famous HIMO PROJECT.\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-039e3eb
