Fr. John Assua.<\/p><p>The ceremony brought together a diverse array of stakeholders. He went ahead to invoke divine providence for the successful completion of the project.<\/p><p>It is noteworthy that this visionary initiative, spearheaded by City Mayor Mewanu, represents an
