Kumba City Council's Future Ultramodern Chambers Receives Blessing in Ceremonial Event
The construction site hosting the future ultramodern chambers of the Kumba City Council, on the morning of Saturday June 8, 2024 witnessed a ceremonial blessing by Rev. Fr. John Assua.
The ceremony brought together a diverse array of stakeholders. Among the attendees were Council workers, construction site laborers, supervisors, and notably, the esteemed City Mayor, Gregory Mewanu.
The exhortations of the officiating priest during the ceremony beseeched the divine for strength and guidance for all involved in this ambitious endeavor. He went ahead to invoke divine providence for the successful completion of the project.
It is noteworthy that this visionary initiative, spearheaded by City Mayor Mewanu, represents an investment exceeding 1 billion FCFA.
